Reports to: Accounts Payable Manager
The Receptionist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining our reception area, answering calls and routing calls while operating in a professional and welcoming corporate office environment.
Major Responsibilities: Operate Multi-line Phone System Answer calls to the corporate office in a clear, professional and friendly manner Efficiently route calls to the intended recipient Diplomatically answer customer, sales and vendor inquiries Project a positive and professional company image Coordinate Corporate Office Reception Area: Greet and welcome guests to the corporate office Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor sign in sheet, issue visitor badges) Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, Receive, sort and distribute daily mail Manage Conference Room Calendars Receive and coordinate requests for use of the conference rooms Enter meetings in the shared Outlook calendar and update accordingly Verify meeting capacity and adhere to safety protocol Complete monthly audit surveys and present findings and notes.

Assumes additional clerical duties and responsibilities as determined by the Department Manager.
Business Degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 5 years of related technology,
Outstanding communication skills Professional attitude and appearance Customer service attitude High level of accuracy Excellent organizational skills Hands-on experience with office equipment Ability to be a fast learner and is open to change Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
