Apex Systems has an opportunity for an IT Assistant for a client in Chelmsford, MA.

Here are the details:
Position: IT Assistant Location: Chelmsford, MA Rate: Negotiable based on experience Duration: 6+ months open-ended with long-term potential
In this role the employee will be processing mobile wireless device orders (mostly IOS devices iPhones, iPads accessories etc.) iOSwireless experience is a huge plus!

Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Excel Tech savvy, willingness to learn, attention to detail Wireless experience is a plus
Primary Day to Day: Process incoming packages, recover equipment from previous employees (mail process is to update excel sheet with info and serial numbers), wipe data from devices, ship packages to internal employees (accessories, etc), assist with phone calls as needed (call in a rush swap to Tangoe), keep track of and stock accessories as needed (in work area and storage room)
