Follow Us on LinkedIn: * Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts and other catalog products in assigned territory via phone.

* Focus on a specified regions / market sectors to achieve sales goals and overall customer contact.

* Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential account on a weekly basis * Resolves customer issues/problems, researches and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales.

* Make the standard quotes for the supported customer base with regular follow up with customers * Follow-up on all open quote (standard and non-standard) requests for the supported customer base.

* Follow-up all opportunities 100% (both pro-active and reactive requests) * Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact in an effort to grow their business.

* Quick / Effective response to customers timeously in a professional manner.

* Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace.

* Make written and oral presentation to customers and industry groups.

* An to seek support from AFM Specialists when needed * Occasional travelling to customers * Use all available job tools to improve efficiency and effectivity of all key responsibilities such as CRM Job Requirements: * Matric with at least 3 years’ experience in similar role * Strong communication skills (English) other languages is advantageous * Sales and self driven individual * Technical knowledge is advantageous * Strong customer service skills * Excellent Telephonic skills * Computer Literate (Intermediate MS Office) Come make a World of Difference!
