OfficeTeam is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their client in Bellingham! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible heavy inbound and outbound calls to and from customers in regards to order issues, shipments, credit inquiries, order status, product changes, promotions and more! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for tracking all calls and ensuring follow up to all customers. Qualified candidates must have a great phone presence and the ability to learn new systems quickly!

Where: Bellingham

When: ASAP

Duration: Temporary to Hire

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay: $15 (increase once perm)

Job Requirements:
– Customer service and office administrative skills

– Customer service experience

– Quality control experience highly desired

– Deep understanding of Microsoft Office

– Foundational knowledge in data entry

– Switchboard phone (1-10 lines) experience required

– Adeptness in quality management

– 2+ years’ experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

– Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

– Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

– Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

– Excellent oral and written communications skills

– Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

– Excellent computer skills

– Strong problem solving and analytical skills
