Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Work Location: Remote Start Date: ASAP Contract Position : 4+ Months Position/Project Description: Client has a backlog ticket issue right now and they need help getting caught up by September.

Day to Day:
3 hour shift answering the phone Perform Web-ex troubleshooting with customer Work portal tickets on line with customers Troubleshoot issues with eSM(electronic Script Messenger) -Failed Transmission Troubleshoot issues with SMPP Secure Messaging and Patient-SMPP Address book popup not populating/blank form.

Troubleshoot issues with DM (Document Management)-Users are unable to preview documents within DM Troubleshoot issues with ePrescribe
Required Skills:
Surescripts experience with: eSM(electronic Script Messenger) SMPP(Secure Messaging and Patient Portal) DM(Document Management) DrFirst (med management) Athena Practice
– CPS experience Athena Flow-CEMR experience Self-motivated, confident, strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer relation skills Previous or current experience with athenahealth (formally Centricity) PM and/or EMR software Desire to work in a Customer Service role in a call center environment providing technical support directly to the end-user customers.
