Traveler Support – Call CenterDo you have a passion for travel?Grand Circle is looking for a Traveler Support Counselor to join our July 12th, 2020 class who loves all things travel related and delivering an excellent customer experience. In this call center role, you will work with our travelers to provide them with support as you respond to their inquiries about their tour reservations as they prepare to travel around the world.Were looking for self-motivated and energetic service-minded individuals with experience providing excellent customer service. We provide a competitive base salary.Key Responsibilities:* Handling service calls to make reservation changes, educate on tour itineraries, process payments and respond to customer inquiries* Advise, book, and update airline reservations as needed using a code-based software* Deliver an excellent experience to our customer to drive loyalty and referrals* Communicate all required information to our travelers, including the details of our products and policies* Achieve monthly performance goals* Drive to individually compete while still being a positive team player* Demonstrate the ability to balance company values and key result areas (KRAs)/performance goalsRequirements:* Technically savvy, GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) experience preferred* Ability to multi-task, navigating multiple computer systems* 1+ years of excellent customer service experience* History of consistently attaining performance goals and having personal accountability for own results* Positive mentality and the ability to exhibit flexibility in times of change* High attention to detail* Ability to work various shifts (including one weekend day, evening shifts)* International travel/work experience preferred* Call center experience is a plus* High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferredBenefits (30 hours +):* Robust healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, vision and Flex Spending Accounts* Paid time off (PTO) in the 1st year of employment up to two weeks (10 days PTO after 6 months)* Paid holidays throughout the year* On-site fitness center and locker-rooms with showers* Company paid life insurance* Paid short and long term disability insurance* Discounted auto and renters insurance* 401K Retirement Savings account* Located in the heart of the up-and-coming Seaport District of downtown Boston* Casual dress code everydayAbout us:Grand Circle Corporation is the leader in international travel, adventure and discovery for Americans aged 50+.
