RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Chief Dental Officer (CDO)

• 50/50 Mix of Clinical and Administrative
• Guide a group of Dentists and Dental Hygienists
• Adult and Pediatric dental services, Orthodontic services, Outreach programs in area schools
• Pediatric and General Adult Dental Residency Program Site

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Chief Dental Officer (CDO)

• Administrative and Public Health Sector Experience a plus
• Clinical – General Dentistry seeing all ages or with adult only, ped’s only focus
• Possess or ability to obtain Massachusetts licensure
• Collegial attitude with a lead by example mindset
