FHR is currently recruiting ACT Team Leader to assume overall responsibility for leadership, vision, direction and daily supervision of the Assertive Community Treatment Program and is designed to serve young adults through geriatric clients with chronic mental illness and co-occurring addictive disorder in New Bedford, MA.

The Team Leader ensures full ACT model fidelity, while also promoting full programmatic adherence to FHR clinical, managerial, financial, and administrative practices.

The ACT Team Leader holds a license in one of the following discipline categories Licensed Psychologist (Doctorate Level) Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensed Professional Counselor Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Certified Clinical Supervisor as well as Masters degree in a human service field, with one year of post-graduate accumulated supervised experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness and dual disorders, or similar target population.

Prior staff management experience is desired.

FHR is also recruiting for Team Leader to oversee our Therapeutic Respite programs.

which is a 14 bed respite program comprised over two respite locations; 7 Lynn Road in Wareham and 4077 Acushnet Avenue in New Bedford and services to 20 individuals via mobile treatment.

Respite services are open to individuals across the Southeastern Massachusetts.

This program offers temporary short-term, community based clinical and rehabilitative services in a handicapped accessible, group-focused environment.

The model’s goal is to assist the individual to live in the community as fully and independently as possible while supporting the transition to more permanent living situations as available.

The Team Leader is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs.

Candidates must be licensed or license eligible.

Supervision to secure independent licensure can be provided.

The ideal candidate will have previous work experience and enjoy working with an SPMI population, previous management experience desired.

Knowledge of Diagnostic & Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders and its clinical application; knowledge and practice of well established accepted practices and evidence based clinical intervention methods and their appropriate applications (i.E., Motivational Interviewing, CBT and DBT).

Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC, and/or RN.
