Home Health Nurse – Per visit RN

Community Health Network (CHN) has been placing experienced nurses and physical therapists in home care, hospice, and case management for over 30 years. We offer flexible work options and outside of the box opportunities that focus on your needs and interests.

We are currently assisting one of our top home care agencies with an immediate need for a Home Care RN to do Medicare home health skilled visits in the Natick/Framingham area.

Part-time 3-4 days/week – minimum of 4 visits per day.

Territory that includes locations in and around the Natick/Framingham, MA areas.
