Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments, such as wound care and dressing changes.
- Collect and document patient health information and medical histories.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide basic patient care, including bathing, feeding, and assisting with mobility.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare instructions and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to healthcare team members.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
Education
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
Licensure
- Valid and current LPN license in MA.

Experience
- Previous experience working as an LPN in a similar clinical or healthcare setting
Certifications
- CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Skills: Excellent communication skills
