Clinician works with senior psychiatry leadership to shape the development of evidence based treatment expertise and other appropriate treatment modalities amongst ambulatory clinicians. Clinician develops and implements training for clinicians in a variety of evidence based practices (EBP’s). Clinician is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of an assigned caseload of patients, providing a range of evidence-based care.

 Qualifications 

Doctoral level qualification in Psychology or Masters in Social Work 

Licensed as a Psychologist or LICSW in the Commonwealth of MA. 

Credentialed by the Medical Staff of the Cambridge Health Alliance. 

Experience: Interest, expertise and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, and deep knowledge of available resources to provide training opportunities for staff. Previous clinical work in an outpatient psychiatric setting: proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and with trainees; proven ability to work with and resolve conflict in a pressured work setting.
