Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Permanent Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to patients of all ages with various medical conditions. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Assess and triage patients upon arrival to the Emergency Department
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical practices and procedures
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical industry
• Experience working in an Emergency Department setting
• Massachusetts RN license, BLS, ACLS, & PALS required, TNCC Preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
