We are seeking full time pediatric Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team of talented SLPs, behavior analysts, ABA therapists, and occupational therapists.

Speech Language Pathologist opening in Norwell, MA

  • Outpatient clinic specializing in Autism, Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist position available to begin ASAP! 
  • Center-Based Delivery in Norwell, MA 
  • Full time position with stellar benefits (Part time candidates will be considered as well) Must work 30 hours per week on a regular basis to be eligible for benefits
  • Experience with AAC Devices is preferred

Successful SLP candidates will have experience evaluating and treating children with a variety of speech and language delays and disorders, especially children on the Autism spectrum. The most desirable candidates will have experience utilizing treatment strategies that support and complement the principles of applied behavior analysis, including social pragmatic skills, receptive and expressive language development, AND the use of a variety of alternative and augmentative communication systems to facilitate communication. Our organization provides comprehensive AAC evaluations.


We are looking for speech therapists who believe consistency and collaboration are crucial to increasing communication skills for all children. We value SLPs who are team players and seek opportunities for developing and implementing creative and innovative treatment plans to complement ABA and occupational therapy services for children. Additionally, we evaluate and treat children who are not on the Autism spectrum with a variety of delays and disorders to supplement Early Intervention or school-based services.

  • Consult and collaborate with School staff and families in regards to students’ speech and language deficits
  • Conduct initial screenings as well as comprehensive evaluations in the area of speech and language to determine students’ need for services or need of dismissal from services
  • Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for speech therapy services
  • Provide speech therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP
  • Maintain all documentation required by the district and ASHA’s code of ethics including, but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP’s
  • Be reliable and professional
  • Have a strong interest in autism and/or applied behavior analysis
  • Understand the profound impact consistent, high quality ABA can have and be willing to make the commitment to our family led teams
  • Have reliable transportation or be able to navigate public transportation in an efficient manner
  • Believe in promoting a healthy, supportive work environment

Applicant must:

  • Have current MA State Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Currently, hold ASHA CCC
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with pediatric speech and language disorders

Preference will be given to applicants who:

  • Have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Have experience using, programming, and seeking insurance funding for AAC devices
  • Are currently credentialed with insurance companies
  • Can provide therapy during afternoon and evening hours (after school)
