Head of Executive & Diversity Recruiting

At Company we are passionate about building a diverse, inclusive workplace. We seek a Head of Executive and Diversity Recruiting to help us build and advance our Diversity hiring initiatives, in addition to providing candidate development for VP level searches and full life-cycle recruiting at the senior level. In this role you will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition and work closely with the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion team to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with our overall diversity strategy, programs and objectives.

What you ‘ll do:

  • Develop and maximize Companys brand recognition with diverse talent pools in all dimensions
  • Engage with our Employee Resource Groups to maximize networking and outreach efforts
  • Build and execute on research strategies that allow us to identify and hire top-level executive talent
  • Play the long game on sourcing through ongoing research and networking. Engage the business in these efforts to maximize results and work with HR Business Partners to stay ahead of the curve on succession planning
  • Identify, engage and evaluate executive level talent with a focus on diversity
  • Build effective and credible relationships with business leaders
  • Data analytics on diversity and executive hiring metrics

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7+ years of executive talent acquisition and diversity recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in the technology industry is desirable
  • Experience using a variety of talent sourcing methodologies and techniques including; diversity and social networking channels & internet networking tools, such as LinkedIn
  • Ability to be organized, detail-orientated and to shift tasks as necessary to meet the varied daily responsibilities in recruitment
  • Ability to utilize effective interviewing techniques in order to analyze candidate qualifications in relation to job requirements and to determine a quality match
