Payroll Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client in Framingham, MA is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This client is a global human resources company. They have been voted a best place to work in the past. They also have an employee recognition program. They are currently working in a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll Administrator will support multi-state payroll
  • Update employee records
  • Help with onboarding
  • Assist with calculating incentive bonuses
  • As a Payroll Administrator, you will research and resolve payout discrepancies
  • Assist with audits for 401K and workers compensation
  • Prepare reports
  • Payroll Administrators respond to inquiries from employee and auditors
  • Perform other duties and reporting as needed

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Payroll experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred
