Job Summary:

Responsible for payroll entry, time/attendance management and supporting the finance department.

Requires confidentiality, strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Interacts with all departments.

Job Duties:
Inputs and processes payroll using ADP Workforce.
Responsible for all payroll changes and new hire set up.
Works with ADP on annual ACA reporting.
Ensure 401K transfers, HSA and FSA transfers are completed accurately and timely.
Oversees and monitors time off balances for accuracy.
Reviews all time cards and works with managers on questionable entries or discrepencies.
Assists employees with understanding their checks and time off balances.
Clearly explain time and attendance rules, vacation, holiday and time off policies to staff.
Remain current on wage and hour laws, provide recommendations to management for compliance.
Works with ADP on tax filings as needed.
Responsible for daily cash postings, cash reconcilitation sand prepapre of wires and ACH payments.
Assists with other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

· Experience with ADP Workforce.

· Ability maintain confidentiality.

· Good typing and data entry skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ethics, honesty and integrity.

· Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Education/ Experience:

· 3+ year’s related experience.

· HS Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

· Able to speak clearly.

· Manual dexterity to use a keyboard.

· Ability to sit for long periods of time.
