Located throughout the United States and Canada, we provide a wide range of planning and design services to public, private and institutional clients.CHA Consulting Inc. is currently seeking a Recruiter I to join our Talent Acquisition Team in one of the following office locations: Colonie, NY; Albany, NY; Norwell, MA; Atlanta, GA; or Indianapolis, IN.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to execute talent needs.* Execute staffing for assigned business area, ensuring effective, efficient and compliant recruiting processes.* Ability to build a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a quality candidate experience to build upon CHA’s reputation.* Manage and perform full life-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open positions, for intern, new grad, and mid-senior level jobs.* Establish creative sourcing & recruitment methods to pro-actively find and screen quality candidates, schedule interviews, manage candidate experience, soliciting feedback, make offers, and generate a talent pipeline.* Develop relationships at all levels of the company; meet regularly with Group Leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs to develop and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies.* Organizes, attends or hosts career fairs, and/or technical university events.* Develop a strong pipeline of entry level and intern/co-op candidates* Build relationships with University Program to help position CHA as the top destination for students and entry-level candidates.* Review and recommend process improvements to help ensure our recruitment process is efficient, effective, and pro- actively meeting the needs of the business.* Help identify appropriate strategies and tools to capture staffing and quality metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives and solutions.* Stays abreast of external marketplace/industry trends and shares recommendations for consideration.EDUCATION AND LICENSURE* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS* A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience required.* Prior technical recruiting experience required (engineering preferred)* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required, iCIMS preferred.* Experience with sourcing, research and networking on social media preferred.* Must be able to work with a high sense of urgency coupled with the ability to remain flexible and creative within a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments and deadlines.* Familiarity with OFCCP compliance preferred.* Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Well-spoken and provides a professional presence.CULTURE/EEO STATEMENTCHA takes pride in recruiting, developing and retaining highly talented individuals.
