This role provides a considerable opportunity for ingenuity, as this individual will work as a key leader to re-imagine our core Financial System (Ledger) and financial data environment.

The leader will be responsible for driving the technology strategy, gaining alignment with the business and peer technology organizations, and leading solution delivery.The leader will need to set a high bar when it comes to running a well managed software engineering and operations team.

They will ensure their teams are exceeding Capital One enterprise and industry standards for well built software.
