Senior CommonWell Network Product Manager Overview of Position CommonWell Alliance provides a national clinical interoperability brokerage service which supports the exchange of clinical data amongst EMRs and has become a model for national data interoperability.

Change Healthcare is the infrasture provider for the CommonWell Network.

 The Senior CommonWell Network Product Manager is responsible for working with the CommonWell Alliance leadership to understand and prioritize commitments, with the Change teams to ensure timely delivery and overall, for providing overall leadership in Change CommonWell product strategy.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement & Management : Works closely with senior leadership and CommonWell stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are understood. Helps prioritize engineering work while balancing the requirements of customers and stakeholders.

Provides cross functional product leadership across key stakeholders including engineering, sales, account management, operations, user experience design, marketing, business development.

 Establishes timeframe and expectations for delivery of commitments.

Product Life Cycle: Leads and manages the ‘end to end’ product life cycle from CommonWell commitment of requirements to development, deployment and related tactical execution working closely with CW and Change leadership on delivery.

Product Roadmap : Defines and analyzes metrics that inform the success of products, including the feature sets, business requirements, and measures of success of an overall product roadmap, aligned with Change business strategy, and CW customer needs.

Budgeting & Costing : Leads and manages the development and/or delivery of budget plans to successfully achieve P&L goals, applying financial acumen to ensure decision quality and benefit realization.

Product Structures: Establishes or augments product process structures to manage CommonWell intake requests and requirements. Works with the R&D organizations to understand capacity available for enhancements to the core CommonWell network.

Comprehensive Data Collection, Research & Analysis : Makes authoritative technical and/or professional recommendations that have a significant short-term and long-term impact on the CW commitments.

Integrates network metrics, usability studies, research, market analysis, solution validation, and design thinking into product, solution, and service requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

Project Management : Leads, manages, and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of major projects in order to support the overall strategy.

Regulatory and Legal Compliance : Understands the applicable regulatory and legal requirements for product, solution, and service offerings; uses privacy, cybersecurity and other compliance by design concepts to insure product, solution or service offerings are compliant on launch and throughout end to end life cycle; leads and manages efforts to audit/attest to such compliance.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

5 years broad and deep product management experience Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Experience working in a large, matrixed environment required Experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes Experience in Agile development or comparable software development methodology.

Must demonstrate a strong product ability to drive execution of complex and enterprise level technology solutions.

Project management of complex delivery highly desired Experience in implementing customer intake and product management processes to organize and structure delivery to capacity.
