Field Service Technician Gas Fueling Equipment

Sandri Energy is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician to perform installation, repair, and maintenance at our convenience store and service station locations. Equipment includes fuel pumps, underground storage tanks, Veeder-Root, and hydraulic systems. In addition, the technician will assist in the repair and maintenance of sumps, parking areas, installing bollards, and light building repair.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong overall mechanical aptitude, interest and ability to learn new skills on the job, and a desire to performs a variety of tasks. Prior experience in fuel service operations/fueling equipment repair, point of sale system maintenance, carpentry, building maintenance operations, or similar helpful. A driver’s license in good standing and the ability to safely operate a work truck, hand tools, and machinery is required.

The Maintenance Field Service Technician at Sandri is responsible for:

• Installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building exterior, parking area, and interior finishes of company owned buildings
• Installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fueling equipment, including fuel pumps, USTs and related piping and controls, Veeder Root, hydraulic systems, and sumps.
• Safe operation of a company vehicle
• Shared call and coverage for after hours emergencies (approximately one week per month, relatively low volume)
• Assist with winter plowing and snow removal
• Assist with renovation and construction projects, including general labor, concrete repair, light carpentry, tile installation and repair, etc.
• Perform initial assessments of issues with building and grounds
• Perform monthly safety and preventive maintenance audits
• Assist outside tradespeople, contractors, and inspectors with accessing the building and provide necessary information
• Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of Point of Sale systems
