Summary:Our company is looking for an experienced Sage Full-Charge Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements.

Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.

Additional Administrative tasks, such as answering phones and filing) may be required.

The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Must have construction and Sage 100, Sage 300 or Timberline experience.

Procore and AIA experience a PLUS!Responsibilities: Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.

Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.

Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.

Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.

Maintains historical records by filing documents.

Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications: Associate”s degree (A.A.) from 2 year college or technical school; Bachelor”s degree (B.S.) preferred 5-10 years related experience Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volume.
