Business Systems Analyst The Corporate Systems team designs and develops the technology platform that underpins all Financial, HR and Payroll processes. Our focus is to increase the efficiency and transparency of these areas of the business while maintaining enterprise class reliability. Our ever-evolving technology stack consists of Oracle E-Business, ADP Payroll, ADP eTime, Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Taleo, Oracle HCM Cloud, Siebel CRM, Informatica, Hyperion Essbase, Oracle SOA Suite B2B, and custom software. The team consists of high-caliber software engineers, business systems analysts, project managers, and application administrators. About the Job This individual contributor role is a dynamic and high-impact position designed to place you as one of the key liaisons between the Payroll business team and various functions of The Corporate Systems Team (Developers, DBA’s, Managers). The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of Payroll processes and technology, be adept at applying skills in project management, business analysis, requirements gathering, functional testing, and training to implement business processes and applications. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for Acting as a senior liaison between Payroll and IT communities for all Payroll systemrsquos needs. Working with ADP to Implement eTime in new countries Supporting and enhancing the Software Development Life Cycle framework. Leading facilitated sessions with the business community to define and plan the deployment of application solutions. Communicating project status and escalating issues to management. Developing and executing system test plans and scenarios. Required Skills 8 yearsrsquo experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Payroll organization with an emphasis on project management. 5 yearsrsquo experience with ADP Payroll and ADPrsquos eTime or Kronos Workforce Timekeeper Minimum 2 years of experience in Implementing or supporting ADPrsquos eTime or Kronos Workforce Timekeeper. Minimum 2 years of experience in Implementing or supporting any Payroll System. Experience in ADP Payroll is preferred. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Core HR (version R12) is desirable. Experiences in Cloud applications(Payroll HR) will be a plus. Desired Skills Strong written and verbal communication Ability to demonstrate complete understanding of general Payroll business processes. Ability to understand requirements gathered using ADP Surveys, perform configurations in eTime Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems. Intermediate level knowledge of SQL on an Oracle database environment. Project management skills. Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization. Ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proven track record delivering complex software solutions.
