Our beautiful brownstone facility holds a home for 56 elderly residents in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay. Our residents are all independent seniors who benefit from the security of our 24 hour nursing staff. Our commitment to licensed on-site medical care makes it different from most other residential programs. We have the ability to serve people with serious and chronic illnesses that other residential homes can’t serve.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team!

This is an exciting opportunity for new graduates to gain valuable experience and advance their career in healthcare. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing essential care to our residents and assisting Nurses in delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Monitor residents conditions and report any changes to healthcare professionals
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Follow all healthcare regulations and protocols

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Massachusetts CNA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
