nn nn Are you an experienced professional who has exceptional analytical abilities, has the ability to work in a high pressure, results driven environment, and possesses a broad practical approach to Continuous Improvement ?

If so, Masters Gallery Foods is looking for someone just like you to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Specialist.

nn nn As the Continuous Improvement Specialist , you’ll be responsible for helping foster a culture of sustainable change across the organization through the deployment of Masters Operational Excellence (M.O.E.).

The primary focus of this position is to assist and co-lead deployment initiatives.

The position reports to the Operational Excellence Manager.

nn nn Qualified candidates will possess: nn An Associate Degree in Quality or Process Engineering preferred or three to five years of relevant experience.

Two to three years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or quality role.

Must possess a broad practical approach to Continuous Improvement.

Must be able to work independently and drive results.

Proficient in the use of Minitab for statistical analysis.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferred understanding of high-speed food manufacturing facility.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a high pressure, results driven environment.

High level of problem-solving ability.
