BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Data Entry Specialist for an opportunity in Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Jamaica Plain, MA 02130
Expected Duration: 03 months contract
Hours: 5:45am – 5:45pm
Typical workdays: Monday Wednesday Thursdays. Working days may differ on the weeks where there are holidays.
Hospital requires flexibility for the Data Entry Specialists the hours number of days and days of the week are subject to change.
Position Description
Data Entry Specialist
Enter staff/patient information into the Care Evolve registration software
Print test tube labels via the Care Evolve registration software
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Set up testing station area in the beginning of the testing shift including but not limited to setting up laptops testing materials etc. and close shop at the end of the testing shift each day
Prepare all test materials for shipment verify accuracy of test materials and prepare all associated documentation
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
