– The Enterprise Data Backbone provides the most user-friendly real-time data for all our internal and external stakeholders, accessible through self-service tools.nn nn nn nnWe will transform the way we gather and use insights by integrating completely new types of data to better support our patient and others in the healthcare system.

We will build capabilities to gather real world data outside of clinical trials in ways we have not been able to do so far.nn nn nn nnWe will make data more easily accessible across Takeda and find a way to share it so that we dont keep re-inventing the wheel.

We will push ourselves to think beyond our normal constructs of clinical trials or today’s supply chains.nn nn nn nnWe will explore a future where we get data from all corners of the world digital communities, wearable devices, social media, surveys, for a, consumer data combined with hospital, pharmacy and EMR data.

We will unlock innovation across the development life cycle supporting accelerated clinical development, reducing clinical trial costs, etc.nn nn nn nn nn nn OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE nn nnThe Head of Service Engagement Management is the backbone the execution of data programs at Takeda and will oversee and develop a service delivery model, on which Takeda can accelerate by aligning the organization to a cost effective and competitive service and solution data strategy.

Is a seasoned leader in technical, transformational executions and will advocate and provide the business with answers on technical, operational and functional questions that can be solved using data technologies.nn nn nn Drive and lead a service delivery strategy on data aligning different approaches for the business aligned to the complexity, scale and re-usability of data combined with an efficient and result driven delivery and implementation.

Shape and design the data frameworks to systematically engage, assess, profile, measure, decide and deliver on the customer needs and priorities.

Shape and lead the design of a data implementation roadmap based on the initial and future data services containing practical and usable framework driven formats; will drive and convince business partners in the value proposition, the approach, the implementation and the efficiencies and effectiveness to be expected.

Proactively aligns with the business, from R&D, PDT, Manufacturing, Commercial and Corporate functions, on potential data product change programs, providing oversight on data impact and highlighting the integrated use of data through a holistic view and drive efficiency in delivering on current work and future pipeline, by harnessing the specialties of data organization to deliver and leading the engagement team to analyze and measure ROI and TCO for the expected service outcomes.

Oversee and monitors data portfolio and program implementations, channel problems in advance and partner with business to solve them and ensuring alignment to customer needs through delivery and customer experience Lead the development of data implementation skill set and aligned competencies within Takeda to ensure the organization is ready for data implementation programs and projects nn nn nn ACCOUNTABILITIES nn nn Delivery strategy nn Drive and the lead the design of a multi-year data service delivery strategy to drive measurable and repeatable implementations.

Determine the investments necessary in terms of people and technology to achieve these objectives.

Lead the design, development and continuously updating of various service data formats to match the business on different levels of complexity and scale and to improve the re-usability towards self-service as an end state.

Determine and lead the development of a broad service and solution vision for Takeda and work with IT business partners to gain alignment.

Design, test and adjust implementations roadmaps for the business to the various needs, lead the use, assessment and optimization of service data formats to accelerate data service implementations and catch momentum to drive a Takeda to a data driven organizations.

Acts as thought leader and content expert for all business functional areas.

Presents frequently to senior leadership team on key findings and makes recommendations for business change.

Explore, own and oversee the demand Pipeline for Takedas Data Team Ensures successful delivery and activation by business to achieve planned targets.

Advocate to the business to facilitate answers to technical, operational and functional questions that can be solved using data technologies.

Oversee and align with Business partners to understand their business priorities for the year ahead and partner with them to define the business capabilities and thus the derived data and tech capabilities needed to realize their priorities and thus define the value story.

Lead the partnering with and supporting business partners to shape their ideas to solutions with support from solution management and architecture group of data team.

Extend the support to help the business partners to blueprint and roadmap the solution with ROI estimates and get approvals from review boards to get projects started.

Lead the identification of opportunities and partnering with business executives to set priority, manage expectations around delivery, manage change needed to activate insights, and measure impact.

Build and manage strong relations with internal executives and business partners to identify value streams that ladder to analytic vision.

Participates in the capital and expense plan for all areas of Data Team; Forecasts return on capital projects, Ensure the successful adoption of data products into business through Data team delivery system.

Within Engagement group, define and champion team culture to motivate teams to deliver highly accurate, high value work.

Lead the recruitment, retain, and motivate a highly effective team of engagement leaders and quantitative analysts; Manage their performance and growth in the Data organization, teach executive engagement skills and develop potential successors.
