Digital Campaign Coordinator

This is a Contract position in Dedham, MA posted January 5, 2021.

Reporting to the Digital Sales Manager, the Digital Campaign Coordinator will be primarily responsible for implementing and managing digital advertising campaigns. The role is critical within the Digital Sales team to ensure we are providing the best ROI for our clients’ digital investment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as project manager between sales, production and CMG’s corporate digital team
  • Work within the company’s various systems to input orders with efficiency and accuracy
  • Output campaign performance reports that effectively analyze how the customer goals were met or exceeded with the goal of increasing retention and upsell
  • Analyze clients’ Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Project inventory levels in GAM and maintain Rich media calendars
  • Successfully complete other related tasks and/or projects as needed
  • Experience working in digital sales systems preferred.
  • Basic digital industry knowledge including display, video, social media, SEM, SEO
  • Advanced digital industry knowledge about website analytics, including the ability to compile usage reports and interpret results.
  • Proficient in:
    • Google Ad Manager
    • Google Analytics
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills including the ability identifying campaign issues and providing custom solutions
  • Analytical in nature with a firm grasp of numbers and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Can easily identify priority items and complete in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Must possess positive customer service attitude with both internal and external contacts; flexible, patient, courteous, professional and problem solver
