Opportunity at a Glance: The position provides a wide range of administration, general support and analysis duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature for the Government Relations and Sustainability team at Adtalem Global Education.The position will have regular exposure to confidential material and requires a great deal of professionalism, discretion and integrity in dealing with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities: Heavy local, domestic and international travel and scheduling, EA must have knowledge with companys travel and scheduling platforms and be able to work in a flexible & high pressure environmentManage the Global GR and Corporate Giving budgets with VP oversight.Review PowerPoint presentations, edits correspondence, and update reports .

SharePoint managementCompliance tracking and recordkeeping.

Process expense reports for (VP & Director of GR, other staff, etc.)Be able to consistently prioritize in an extremely fast-paced GR environment with competing priorities (i.e., all meetings to include congressional meetings must be immediately updated as received; manage logistics for all DC lobby days/events/briefings and other activities, draft all agendas for internal/external meetings, take action steps/meeting notes, etc.)Anticipate the needs and use discretion when setting priorities to keep the leader updated and aware of meetings, agendas, travel, upcoming events, incoming emails and lettersAct as a liaison between the leader and employees, clients and all external contacts, by utilizing good judgment in determining when to act independently and when to refer matters for further attentionCompletes other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required but may substitute a combination of education and experience.8 years executive assistant experience.Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Microsoft applications; Meeting note taking.Tech savvy knowledge in multiple apps/software for travel, project management and expense submission (Evernote, SharePoint, Uber, Dropbox, CamScanner etc.).Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, work independently and as a team member.Ability to maintain composure when working under pressure.Attention to detail.Ability to use good judgment and discretion daily as well as when presented with confidential information.
