RESPONSIBILITIES

Live our Vision, Values and Beliefs

Process shipments safely and in a timely manner to maximize productivity

Adhere to all health and safety procedures

Commit to quality by upholding stockroom organization standards

Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged for inventory accuracy

Prepare purchased product for customer pick-up

Assist customers in loading purchased product into vehicles

Support sales team with customers

Uphold operational excellence and inventory integrity

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of one year retail experience, prefer stock experience

Ask questions, seek clarity, and remove obstacles

Prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with changing priorities

Must have excellent written and verbal communication

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Must have strong interpersonal skills

Lead a safe environment by upholding all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure personal safety and the safety of others

Follow all company policies and procedures

Must be proficient with current technology i.e. iPads, Mac, PC

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to consistently lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 pounds., while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines

Ability to maneuver effectively around sales floor, stockroom and loading docks

Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
