Portfolio Compliance Analyst

Duration: 12 months Location: 100% Remote Job Description – Required Skills: Municipal Fixed Income Knowledge of Fixed Income systems Investment Strategies Charles River Blackrock Aladdin Pre and post trade alerts Guideline compliance experience (interpret, code and monitor) Working knowledge of UCITS rule Background in compliance systems The QSR Client Specialist role is critical in providing top quality service to clients and for administration of assigned corporate trust and/or agency accounts.

This individual must be able to prioritize and organize workflow, as well as collaborate in all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts.

Furthermore, the QSR Client Specialist is tasked with ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction to the highest standards of the firm.

Primary Responsibilities include: Supporting Client Managers in effectively administering the accounts.

Coordinating services and monitoring contractual obligations.

Active participation in retentive marketing efforts for securing additional business opportunities.

Monitoring incoming funds, initiating instructions for outgoing funds, reconciling out.-of.

bank assets, etc.

Preparing client audit confirmations and assisting the Client Manager in the collection of fees; directing vendor invoices & requisitions to appropriate party.

Assist with issues tracking.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Business or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access.

Ability to multi-task while demonstrating detail orientation.

Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

– Looking for people with guideline experience, background in different investment types (equity and fixed income), knowledge of investment strategies
– Uses Charles River and Aladdin for systems – needs experience with one of these
– Ability to look at pre and post trade alerts, review, determine/decipher what the guidelines are and determine of what is alerting is a potential breach
– Workflow on how to research alerts, what steps to take (is it a data issue?

– Guideline drafting (working with a solutions designer) experience would be helpful
– High attention to detail, quick learners, can solve problems quickly
– Flexible in terms of location, some OT
– UCITS rule
– Really looking for someone who can interpret guidelines, code guidelines, and monitor guidelines.
