Position Summary: The Procurement Analyst serves as a liaison between the business and suppliers to procure favorable contracts. In this role, the procurement analyst will source, evaluate and analyze potential vendors and suppliers, liaise between internal departments and suppliers to compare and negotiate contracts and prepare supply cost reports.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or another closely related field or 4-6 years of professional working experience in a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of shipping processes and metrics
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ pounds, 100 pounds with two or more people
Time management skills and ability to prioritize important tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office software
Certifications:
Forklift operator certification preferred
