What You’ll Do Sprinklr is looking for a seasoned business systems analyst who can hunt for and fix problems impacting our speed and scale.

You will work with key users from different business groups (eg.

Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing) to understand time-consuming internal processes, identify areas that have opportunity to be improved and/or streamlined, and design solutions that meet the business need and are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company.

You are passionate about solving problems through technology, highly organized, and have outstanding analytical and communication skills.

What You Will be Responsible for Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes and data requirements to come up with robust solutions that meet their objectives and specific outcomesActing as a bridge between business teams and IT teamsLead system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems design, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution)Lead change management activities that include approvals by senior leaders and engaging key stakeholders on changes.

Proactively create and update documents regarding processes, workflows and related system activitiesAct as the Technical SME for all system activities for Enterprise system implementations, enhancements, and integration projects Who You Are Skilled in cross functional project execution, and continually driven to improve performanceHave impeccable organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detailShow excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate /translate complex concepts to non-technical audiencesLook for long term innovation in all that you do, but also operate in the detail of a given processProven ability to work in a dynamic work environment with shifting prioritiesComfortable with ambiguity, and creating analysis and requirements for projects that aren’t clearly defined upfront and require iterative problem solving approaches with client groups What Makes You Qualified BA/BS or equivalent experience5+ years of related business systems analysis or consulting experienceAdvanced Knowledge of Business Systems (Eg.

Salesforce.Com, Anaplan, Pros, Domo, Tableau)A strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced environment with sound business judgment and a focus on problem solvingExceptional communication skills including ability to communicate new concepts when interfacing with Business LeadersEffectively manages many priorities across the organization and adjust as priorities changeKnowledge of Software development life cycle (SLDC)Understanding of Product Management software (eg.

JIRA)Experienced in creating process diagrams such as activity diagrams, flow diagrams, etc.
