BlueConic is a Boston-based SaaS startup with a clear-eyed focus on being the market leader in the red-hot Customer Data Platform category.

As our business continues its hockey-stick growth, we need the right people to sustain and accelerate us on that trajectory.

The Talent Acquisition Partner has a pivotal role to play in achieving this by partnering closely with our hiring managers to find, qualify, and usher in these new members of the BlueCrew.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for your assigned requisitions from end to end:
    • Work with hiring managers to define hiring profiles, develop and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, and create structured interview plans.
    • Create a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of needs.
    • Work with social media tools to source candidates via multiple methods, exploring new avenues for engaging and sourcing talent.
    • Manage the offer process, including offer approval and extension, reference checks, and background checking.
  • Partner with hiring managers and interviewers throughout the process, acting as a coach, guide, and advisor on all aspects related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Provide a high-touch, positive experience for each candidate.
  • Work with the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities to improve our hiring processes and/or adopt new tools and partnerships which will enhance the efficiency of our recruitment operations.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and internal team members in IT, Admin, Talent Acquisition and People Operations to complete pre-hire processes for your new hires, ensuring everything is ready to go for their first day.
  • Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Report on funnel data and other key metrics, using this information to build & improve hiring strategies and ensure alignment to company goals around Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DI&B).
  • Contribute to and execute upon broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and programming around employer branding and talent attraction, DI&B, campus & events, etc.

We are looking for someone with a combination of the following skills, experiences, and qualities:

  • 4+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting within the technology and/or start up space.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Personable, team oriented, flexible, with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Self-directed and goal-oriented.
