As an, you will beresponsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of journals (approximately 25-30) through the submission and peer-review stages of the publishing process.

You will need toutilizeyourextensive planning and organizationalskills to optimize workflows, and drive efficientprocesses.How you will make an impact: s ensure thatour authors enjoy the best experience possible, our reviewers can easily use the system, and our editors are thoroughly supported atevery stage of peer review.Your portfolio may include titlesowned and publishedby Wiley, and those of clients who partner with Wiley.

This means leveraginginternal and external relationship building skills in order todriveconsistency, process efficiency, high standards andinnovation.We are looking for people who have: * Some experience of the publishing and editorial industry* A proven ability to manage a number of simultaneous projects with competing deadlines* Evidence of being able to drive results and work effectively within a complex corporate environmentThis is a great opportunity to develop yourcareer in publishing,acquiring further knowledge and experience within the discipline.

You are likely to have a broadinterest inthefield of academic writing and publishing, along withthe credibility to interact effectively with clientsin thisindustry.

Occasional travel will be required.
