The Senior Account Executive isresponsible for selling CareerBuilder’s suite of products, from small deals to complex solutions that align withthe client’s vision.

You will gain experience interacting with a variety of key decision makers in various industries.

Essential Responsibilities: Enthusiastically hunt for new business opportunities by adhering to high call volume metrics and extensive weekly blueprinting of accounts Qualify, research and prioritize sales leads within a defined vertical (Healthcare, Staffing/Recruiting, Commercial Services, Professional Services, Consumer Services) Identify multiple decision makers throughout organizations and present impactful data and information to illustrate their pains and propose meaningful solutions Close new business using value-based, solutions-driven sales approach Schedule meetings, trainings, and demonstrations for sales prospects Think strategically and work eagerly to generate and cultivate new business relationships Manage activity in Salesforce including creating new accounts, assigning category of business, tracking opportunities, and ensuring efficient account management Consistently achieve qualified new business activity each month Book between 15-20 new business meetings per week and consistently close revenue quotas Responsible for writing proposals and strategizing deals from initial contact to final negotiation Perform as a key member of a fast-paced sales team with skills in strategically developing and qualifying new revenue opportunities Be a positive representative of CareerBuilder and its brand in the marketplace Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in hunter focused role Ability to uncover net-new qualified business opportunities, leverage the company’s expertise, industry profile, and knowledge of the industry to contact potential buyers Proven track record of sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business Consistent successful history meeting/exceeding monthly/annual sales quotas and metrics Strong ability to “blueprint” and create account penetration strategies in order to aggressively pursue new business opportunities Preferred Qualifications: Talent Acquisition/Recruitment/Staffing industry experience strongly preferred.

3-7+ years of sales/customer success experience strongly preferred.

Solutions-basedsales experience preferred Salesforce experience strongly preferred Ability to adapt to frequent change Desire to succeed, learn and grow and help others to do the same Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication or Marketing Preferred Physical Demands: Frequent phone and computer use Creating written communications Able to sit/stand at a desk Able to bend, sit, stand, lift boxes or equipment (between 0-15 lbs)
