Job descriptionPosition Summary:This position will help to deliver sales results to support our pharmaceutical client’s product.

You will have a direct impact on the execution of our client’s brand’s strategy and growth in the marketplace during the launch of their first commercially available product.

This position will center on new account generation and working with identified targets to provide product and service education in line with the approved messaging for a specific client’s product.The information contained herein is intended to be an accurate reflection of the duties and responsibilities of the individuals assigned to this position.

AllCare Plus Pharmacy reserves the right to revise the job or to require that other or different tasks be performed as assigned.Primary Responsibilities:Generate sales in line with assigned Territory quota Conduct Product Details (based on defined promotional roles and requirement provided by the Client) Conduct outbound calls for purposes of providing a remote sales detail to Client target audience, key influencers, and office staff to generate sales in line with assigned quota Through outbound calls, identify, contact, and introduce potential customers or previously identified prospects to defined promotional messages and address customer support services (as appropriate).

Demonstrate successful sales experience and approach to gain access to target population via remote engagement tactics Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products Maintain a professional image for Client and Client Products Participate in all required training and sales meetings Plan and organize Territory to meet sales and call targets Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all timekeeping, Details, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity when applicable Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and, regulatory policies and guidelinesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree BA/BS from an accredited College or University Ability to develop strategic long-term relationships with customers aimed at helping patients and achieving business results Proven track record of sales results, commitment to performance excellence Strong organizational and time management skills Inside sales/Call center experience is requiredPreferred Qualifications:Previous pharmaceutical or medical sales experienceProfessional Competencies:Business Skills and KnowledgeGeneral Management Demonstrate analytic and problem solving skills, and understand the impact of individual decisions on other parts of the organization and the environment.Financial management Understanding of financial analysis, reimbursement techniques and strategies, and financial outcome measures.
