Account Manager, International Sales

We are actively seeking a full-time Account Manager, International Sales to join our team located in Dedham, MA.

(Remote work eligible for following states: AZ, CA, FL, IA, MA, MI, NJ, PA, SD, TX, VA, WA & WI)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Work closely with Director of Channel Sales to ensure excellent service to increase revenue generation.

Share both positive and negative feedback as needed about field representation to ensure timely and productive workflow
Act as liaison and contact for international accounts and prospects in such areas as delivery, sales quotes, support, and customer intelligence
Develop Market plans to meet revenue, profitability, and market penetrating goal.

Analyze customer needs, craft tailored sales strategies and close sales of AliMed products
Identify, prioritize, and develop new customer opportunities to continually build a pipeline for future growth
Develop and execute email campaigns increasing awareness on new products and promotions driving increased revenue
Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Collaborate with customer service, operations, marketing, pricing and IT to provide a seamless and positive customer experience
Prepare and respond to quotes for international customers while adhering to established guidelines
Coordinate and process freight quotes to ensure accuracy of costs when responding to opportunities to maximize profitability, and follow up with warehouse to ensure quick turnaround
Receive and process orders and correspond with customers to answer pricing, product availability, technical, and proof of delivery questions, catalog requests, returns, etc.
Perform all administrative duties related to effective territory management including documentation of accounts, customer activities and more in AliMed’s CRM
Maintain a communication pathway of information sharing regarding account activities and updates, and provide leadership with progress updates
Assist with compiling and producing reports every month to keep Sales organization informed
Recognize opportunities to automate policies and procedures and make recommendations to implement, to help drive revenue
Work with Sales to use up-to-date literature and use company guidelines to provide the best pricing for quotes and rep mailings
Perform any other tasks as needed and directed by supervisory and management staff
Education/Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or demonstrable equivalent work experience
Highly Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with required.
2-3 years of inside/outside sales experience
Strong organizational and follow up skills, as well as attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a timely manner
Effective problem solver with a consultative approach focused on providing exceptional customer solutions
Results-driven self-starter with the ability to work independently
Solid understanding of trends in the international market with knowledge of the competitive landscape
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages.

Ability to use common spreadsheets (Excel) is required to analyze business performance.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations using company standards and policies to draw conclusions where no precedent exists and have an aptitude for innovative business relationship development.

Able to resolve conflict and create winning solutions which balance company, customer and team member needs.
