is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers on overall performance of construction projects.

Working under the supervision of a Project Manager the Assistant Project Manager will:
Help implement project goals
Liaise with project lead and project managers to maintain project schedule and efficiency
Procure materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
Ensure Safety and Welfare of all sub-contractors and employees on site
Management of tools, equipment and vehicles
Secure permits for upcoming projects
Tracking and reporting project progress
Proper planning, scheduling and coordination of projects
Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
Requirements of the position are:
Minimum 5 years construction experience
Minimum OSHA 10 certified
Good negotiating skills
Leadership skills
Critical thinking and decision-making skills that help assist with the smooth running of the project
Adequate clerical skills
Working knowledge of necessary industry-related tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project manager software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as a team
