Associate Director, Product Marketing

As an Associate Director, Product Marketing, you are the vital link between the Product and the Go-To-Market functions within OM1.

You will be responsible for competitive analysis, customer insights, pricing, defining value propositions, building sales enablement materials.

You will be able to articulate our differentiated value proposition with a focus on solutions.

Be a thought leader in OM1s products and those of our competitors Develop go-to-market plans for each launch including positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, internal and external communication materials, promotional activities, and other deliverables Support a multi-channel product marketing strategy that includes the development and implementation of sales collateral, case studies, webinars, whitepapers, presentations at industry conferences, etc.

Align closely with Product, Engineering and Data Science to influence product roadmap prioritization by identifying customer and market needs Explore the feasibility of new ideas or researching how to enhance existing offerings Be in market often, including conducting surveys and other market research, so that you are at the pulse of customer needs and how our evolving offering needs to be shaped to meet those needs

You are proactive and strategic but also implementation-focused; you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact right away Excellent communicator and storyteller: You’re passionate about evangelizing and sharing product knowledge, engaging with any audience, and discussing core value propositions to both business and technical audiences as needed.

You are second to none in writing, presentation and evangelism skills Successful track record creating product marketing plans, solution collateral, and participation in sales enablement 5+ year of product marketing experience in a data company or analytics environment BA/BS degree, advanced degrees preferred (MBA or PhD in relevant area of study) Have demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth and/or engagement for new or existing products Experience recruiting for/conducting customer research
