Audit Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Internal Audit Director in Acton, MA. Responsibilities:
- Help develop and execute the audit plan
- Track audit findings
- Review and finalize audit reports and memos
- Identify and address control gaps
- Follow-up on corrective action plans
- Participate in SOX 404 planning
- Supervise and report on testing and internal controls
- Track and report internal control deficiencies
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop the team
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of experience in audit
- Knowledge of COSO frameworks, SOX regulations, GAAP, PCAOB standards, and IIA Standards
- CPA and/or CIA certification is required
- Strong communication skills
