American Dental Partners’ vision is to be the leading business partner to dental group practices in the nation.nn nnThe Director of Enterprise Services is responsible for providing quality infrastructure technology and operating solutions that achieve IT goals to support the business objectives and financial responsibilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with a nationwide staff supporting 4,000 users at 300 locations.

American Dental Partners enjoys a cloud-only platform and expects that the right person will share this philosophy.nn nn Responsibilities: nn As a member of the IT Leadership Team, ensure that IT Business Plan objectives are successfully delivered meeting quality, time, and budget expectations.

As a member of the IT Leadership Team, plan and manage a multi-year technology roadmap, business plan and budget.

Supervise and develop team: Systems Engineers, Database Administration, IT Security, Network and Telephony Direct, oversee, and evaluate Infrastructure strategic planning, goals, objectives, and operating procedures.

Provide accurate and timely communication of status, risks and timelines, including system downtime/uptime, outages/availability, and performance.

Provide IT Leadership in a consultative manner to functional heads and their staff across American Dental Partners, Inc.

Engagement, negotiation and governance of IT suppliers.

Consistently maintain and improve understanding of emerging technologies and their application to a multi-site healthcare platform.

n n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

7+ years relevant team leadership experience.

Working knowledge and expertise with Azure (preferred) and O365.

Proficient understanding of cloud computing technologies and related networking methodologies.

Proficient understanding of unified communication technologies including VOIP and video conferencing.

Working knowledge and expertise with most Microsoft Server products.

Basic SQL knowledge.

Working knowledge of SD-WAN (Cisco Merake preferred) Network and telephony problem analysis and troubleshooting.

Operate security controls, maintain governance practices and continually evolve resiliency for scalable business operations in the challenging healthcare landscape.

Knowledge of cyber security tools, frameworks and incident management required.

Able to collaborate and present at all levels of the organization.
