Job Description
Ensure that our facilities (currently in Boston, Denver and North Carolina, will also include Seattle and Nashville in the near future) are fully operational with all utilities functioning properly Work with landlords to schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment Support Return-to-Work activities and a “hybrid” model of activities e.g.

partial office/home work pattern, focus on managing access to collaborative workspaces Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy management Oversee security of buildings and grounds alongside IT Maintain office supply levels efficiently and within budget Maintain ongoing communication with leadership team
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in facilities management or equivalent related functions Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management Must be a well organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter Good judgment and adaptability required in evolving work environments Strong procurement and negotiation skills Location preferences: Remote / Boston / Seattle / Denver / Nashville
