Hi Marley has flexible APIs and requires zero integration to get started.An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced technical product professional on our Implementation and Enablement Team.

Hi Marley is seeking a Lead Systems Integration Manager to lead our customer facing integration efforts and diligence activities.

As a member of the Implementation and Enablement Team, this position plays a central role in providing technical support to our customers in their integration efforts.

This positions works closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.Key goals will include:* Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Hi Marley’s integration methods, including our APIs.* Consult with customers and internal Hi Marley teams on integration design, workflows, and best practices.* Lead a cross-functional value stream, working with the Engineering and Product Teams, to shape the roadmap of our integration functionality.* Develop and refine internal processes and customer-facing resources to enable Hi Marley and customer teams as we continue to scale.* Ensure Hi Marley provides the most simple and lovable integration experience to our customers.What You’ll Do:* Work in collaboration with Customer Success & Sales to support the complete integration lifecycle, from pre-sales solutioning, through deployment in test environments, and production implementations and ongoing support.* Consult on advanced Hi Marley integration functionality and usage.

Propose best practice techniques that include UX, application and data level integrations and impacts.* Communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical stakeholders through digital, written and verbal channels to drive partnerships forward.* Speak to and illustrate integration recommendations.

Map proposed integration methods to customer process, goals and outcomes.* Support Sales, Customers Success, Product Management, and Engineering teams through deep knowledge of Hi Marley products and customer environments.

Proactively provide insight into issues that may affect customers or other areas of the product.* Apply problem solving and solution design skills to understand unmet integration needs of customers.

Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure proper prioritization in our roadmap.* Continuously build knowledge of property & casualty insurance industry and its business systems to contribute to making our industry-leading products even better.

You will have the chance to impact and contribute to building an insurance ecosystem enabling ease of communication in an Enterprise industry.Technical proficiency:* Experience with API usage and testing (HTTP/REST)* Understanding of Webhooks* Familiarity with database concepts (SQL/NoSQL)* JSON experience a plus* Knowledge of API and SSO authentication/authorization a plus (API key/SAML/OAuth)* Experience with implementation or integration of Guidewire Claims Center a big plusWhat We’re Looking For* BA/BS* 3+ years’ experience working with Enterprise Customer IT Teams; high level of comfort leading integration conversations with Enterprise IT Teams* Guidewire or Duck Creek experience preferred* A natural investigator with troubleshooting/analysis skills and strong technical aptitude.

Ability to navigate data and people to find answers.* Excellent communication skills through phone, in-person, and writing.* Empathetic, positive attitude with a passion for customers success.* Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts.* Ability to lead cross function business and technical teams through project execution.* Comfort in a startup environment
