A successful Construction Firm who has been building in MA for 80+ years. Their business model is recession proof due to the nature of the projects they specialize in. Federal, Government projects between $5M – $20M.
Description
Mechanical Project Manager – Norwell MA Responsibilities:
- Projects include HVAC, Plumbing and Process Piping in the Commercial & Healthcare space
- Evaluate specifications to plan procedures, and starting and completion times for all phases of each project
- Direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors in executing work procedures, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays
- Conduct construction activities within federal, state and local environmental rules & regulations
Profile
Mechanical Project Manager – Norwell MA Qualifications:
- 3 + years experience with HVAC, Process Piping construction projects
- Commercial or Healthcare project experience
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Construction related field
