Process and Enablement Senior Manager – NAMR

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be a core member of the HT2 (High Tech High Touch) initiative that aims to bring new tech capabilities to our Talent Acquisition (TA) community by replacing our fragmented Applicant Tracking System (ATS) landscape, unlocking productivity gains and enhancing experiences for our recruiters, sourcers, candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and more.

During the project, you’ll work with Product Owners (POs) support Universal Design, platform build, data migration, and finally, roll-out of the new tech solution (powered by iCIMS & Eightfold). You’ll act as the hinge between POs and the NAMR community to drive change and foster adoption together with our Operational Innovations central Change Team. As we move to the run-the-business state, you’ll continue to promote change as the main point of contact for the super-user network and the Talent Acquisition community. You will also work closely with the ATS/CRM technical squad and our vendors to communicate upgrades, prepare and run skills trainings, etc.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Deep knowledge of the Talent Acquisition function (at least 5 years’ experience)
  • Experience with BCG processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities across the recruiting lifecycle
  • A solid understanding of various recruiting tools and their respective value propositions
  • The ability to influence the organization at all levels
  • The ability to harmonize and simplify processes
  • The ability to organize and execute training sessions
  • Willingness and curiosity to learn the ins and outs of the ATS/CRM technical landscape, and serve as a key point of contact for trainings, Level 1 support, etc.
  • The ability to process information and distilling the insights and implications for the team
  • The ability to capture and share best practices across the organization
  • A teaming mindset and the ability to work with other Process and Enablement Managers (EMESA & AP), ATS/CRM team members, Product Owners, the central Change Team, and others
  • Curiosity and passion for continuous development
  • Creativity and openness to new approaches, digital tools, and Agile methodologies
