WHAT YOU’LL DO

In support of BCG’s digital transformation, we must transform our legal products, experiences, processes, technologies, and how we operate. The Product Analyst – Manager will be responsible for partnering with various stakeholders in the delivery of new/ innovative technical solutions. The team is responsible for introducing new technology to the Legal team, shaping how the team works. In addition to new technology, the team supports multiple products within the team to support critical BCG programs such as Elections, Insurance and Board Membership Compliance. ??

The Product Analyst – Manager is crucial in driving key operational activities and innovation within the Legal team at BCG. Among your responsibilities, you will:?

  • Contribute to the design detail of the Legal Operations processes and systems, offering pragmatic and innovative solutions?

  • Drive requirements gathering from stakeholders and documenting in Jira???

  • Key input in the prioritization of backlog across multiple products ensuring maximum value delivered to our stakeholders?

  • Prepare and deliver training materials to end-users of our Legal Operations products

  • Assist with the preparation of planning of initiatives during the Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews?

  • Work with various BCG groups to onboard a new supplier complying with all BCG policies and procedures??

We are looking for a functional expert who is driven, pragmatic, and results-oriented to join our team to support the continued development, design, implementation, and adoption of the Legal Ops programs and the BCG of the future – a faster, more agile, digital, effective, and efficient firm.

Among other things, you will:

  • Design and maintain product playbooks, user guides and training materials

  • Contribute to the functional and MDP experience design of the New BCG Election Portal

  • Partner across a cross-functional and cross-geographical teams to implement the New Digital Non-Reliance letter (NRL) process

  • Drive requirements gathering for a Legal team Knowledge Platform

  • Functional support for Insurance and Treasury teams during annual collection periods

  • Work with Suppliers to request enhancements to our products and track implementation of new modules/ functionality

  • Responsible for knowledge transfer of squad’s products to new joiners/ contractors

YOU’RE GOOD AT

A successful Product Analyst – Manager will have a sense of urgency in task execution and be committed to meeting high expectations in a changing environment. An individual in this role will excel at:

  • Working effectively on a diverse and distributed team on cross-functional initiatives

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience, Legal experience a plus

  • 6+ years relevant work experience in a fast-paced, intellectually intense environment

  • 2+ years working within an Agile organization

  • Strong command of Windows Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Jira a strong plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors

  • Strong technical skills and aptitude

  • Flexibility to support a global team, occasionally working outside traditional work hours

YOU’LL WORK WITH

Various members of our BCG Legal Team, Agile Tribe and key stakeholders. Vendor(s) supporting the Legal Ops products and various other functions within BCG.
