– PM (Leah Berkenwald)Brandeis University seeks to hire a Project Coordinator.

This person will have the prime responsibility of assisting in the management of the ”Navigating Health and Safety” requirement within the Health, Wellness, and Life Skills (HWLS) Core curriculum.

This person will take a primary role in tracking completion of program requirements, placing and lifting registration holds, and generating reports as needed.

This position will assist the Director of Health Promotion and Wellness Initiatives and other HWLS committee members in curricular work, facilitator training, and program assessment.This is a part time position, 10 hours a weekExamples of Key Responsibilities:Responsible for providing administrative and programmatic support for Director of Health Promotion and Wellness Initiatives.Responsible for assisting Director of Health Promotion and Wellness Initiatives with the instructor training workshops and meetings for the Navigating Health and Safety 6-week module, which will include event logistics planning (booking rooms, catering, etc.), registration of and communication with participants, creation of workshop materials, and co-facilitation of the training with Director of Health Promotion and Wellness Initiatives and other HWLS committee members.Responsible for tracking student completion of ”Navigating Health and Safety” and pre-matriculation online training, which includes generating reports, placing and removing registration holds, writing and sending communications and reminder emails to students, and providing customer service for students and families.Responsible for attending and participating in HWLS Navigating Health and Safety committee meetings.

Taking and organizing meeting notes.Responsible for assisting Director of Health Promotion and Wellness Initiatives with program assessment of the HWLS pre-matriculation online training and Navigating Health and Safety module, including survey design and implementation, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and generating reports.Responsible for serving as a point of contact for Navigating Health and Safety instructors.Skills & Qualifications:2-5 years of total work-related experienceStrong written/verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a diverse environmentBachelor”s degree required, Master”s degree preferredRequires familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.

Requires strong problem solving and customer relations skills.

Ability to work in a fast-pasted environment essential.

Strong office skills are a must.Familiarity/experience in the fields of college health promotion, education, student affairs, or public health is preferred.
