SOLitude Lake Management – a proud member of the Rentokil family of companies – provides aquatic management services to lakes, ponds, reservoirs, and wetlands. SOLitude offers a wide variety of services including fishery programs, algae and aquatic weed control, mechanical harvesting/hydro-raking, installation/maintenance of fountains and aeration systems, and water quality testing. ResponsibilitiesWhat do our Regional Sales Managers do? The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned region. This role will staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with company vision and values. In addition, they will establish sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for our Account Executives. Conduct weekly one-on-one debriefs with all Account Executives to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executives sales activity performanceConduct 2-3 field rides per week with Account Executives to coach, develop and improve sales skillsAssist Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentationsConduct productive weekly sales meetings and sales training meetings focused on skill development and improving performanceUsing Sales KPI’s, ensure that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments and proposals and debrief in detail with Account Executives weeklySet a strong example for Account Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habitsAnnually, develop a Regional Sales and Marketing Plan that supports NAPC’s Corporate Plan and integrates campaigns, lead generation activities, and target account managementDevelop and support Account Executives quarterly sales action plans and redirect activities to ensure performanceWhat do you need? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and trainingPreferably 3-5 years sales leadership experience in a hunting capacityProven history developing sales colleaguesStrong business acumen with background in management, sales, training, relationship development and/or excellent customer experience Experience analyzing financial reports, in a complex, fast-paced environmentAvailable to travel as neededAbility to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulationsMust pass pre-employment background screen and drug testValid driver’s license/clean driving recordWhy Choose Rentokil?
