ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager
– III.

The Relationship Manger is responsible for developing and maintaining effective ADP relationships with our top tier clients.

As the liaison with the Client and as a key client advocate, the Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for the client’s overall satisfaction.

The Relationship Manager positions him or herself within the senior levels of the organization.

However, the Relationship Manager may also interact with the client’s middle management and department staff when necessary.

Understanding the client’s short and long-term goals relative to their retirement plan, the Relationship Manager serves as a facilitator of services across the Retirement Services organization and will be asked to assist ADP Sales in winning new clients.

This position will involve fairly extensive domestic travel to meet with their book of clients.

Special note –
– currently most of the client travel is suspended while ADP adapts to the changing conditions of the pandemic and focuses on associate safety.

Meetings are being conducted virtually while we map out a plan and schedule to travel once again to our client sites.

Focus in on total client satisfaction and retention as a number one priority.Execute quarterly comprehensive account reviews with clients.

Effectively communicate and oversee the resolution of resulting critical service issues with all ADP entities as well as to communicate areas of satisfaction or perceived improvement.Understand client’s business issues, HR, Payroll and outsourcing strategies.

Identifies new service and/or product opportunities.Proactively positions client satisfaction surveys.

Follows-up on critical surveys.Communicates and promotes key ADP initiatives, i.e.: User Group Meetings, Product Announcements/Enhancements.Positioned as the “Client Advocate” within ADP –
– cuts through the “red tape” to resolve issues.Ensures clients understand ADP’s position on World Class Service.Recognizes service as one of the key strategic differentiator in our marketplace.Participate in pre-sale presentations and employee education campaigns.Maintains comprehensive and timely records on service activities.

Adheres to standard ADP tools and processes for recording and responding to service activities.Performs other related duties as assigned.NOTE: This position will be a work from home position; the selected individual should reside in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey or Maryland.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:3+ Years of Directly Related Retirement Services ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Business, Finance or Accounting.Ability to travel to client sites up to 40%PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:Series 6 and 63 licenses or Series 7 license are highly preferredComprehensive understanding of competitive advantages and disadvantages of ADP Retirement Products.Experience in managing executive level relationships / partnerships with clients and third partiesExtensive understanding of Defined Contribution recordkeeping and plan administrationFamiliarity with mutual funds and basic investment management principlesExplore our COVID-19 page to understand how ADP is approaching safety, travel, the hiring interview process, and more.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP: ADP affirms that inequality is detrimental to our associates, our clients, and the communities we serve.
