Staples’ Office of the CTO team (OCTO) is a collaborative partner across the entire SDS network.

We support the leadership team and their organizations to execute on their technology strategies, disseminate information to facilitate transparency and visibility across SDS (and the broader Staples organization) and to provide operational service excellence.

Your Role

In this role you will drive continuous adoption and process improvement of Staples implementation of Agile methodologies, primarily Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Qualifications :

What You’ll Do
Lead the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and other Agile Communities of Practice Provide mentorship and support for the Release Train Engineers (RTEs) Assist in the execution of business solutions by ensuring programs are following the Lean-Agile process methodology Facilitate SAFe ceremonies related to Program and Release Train alignment Build and manage a project plan to implement Agile training modules, including general Agile education and role-specific training Facilitate and track adherence to the SAFe implementation roadmap Support and provide SAFe best practices regarding the Release Train transformation to a Value Stream model in the next phase of Agile maturity

The Skills You Bring
Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree preferred) or equivalent job experience 10+ years of applicable work experience in technology organization/with SAFe methodologies or other Agile frameworks SAFe RTE Certification (preferred)
